Gordon Hodges served as a leader of men and women for 22 years in the United States Air Force.  He feels his greatest accomplishments have been his religious belief, his marriage of 20+ years, his two children, and his humor.  He started his career as an Aircraft Maintainer in special operations deployed numerous times, traveled all over the world seeing an meeting great people.  He worked in the areas of training, maintenance, security, emergency management, and financial management.  He finished his career as a Senior Budget Analyst in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Financial Management and Comptroller.  His responsibilities included the formulation, tracking, and execution of a $16 billion budget and a $1.5 billion program.  His duties also included overseeing policies related to these programs for the entire US Air Force.  While on active duty he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Touro University with a Masters of Art degree in Educational Leadership and Administration and E- Learning.  Along with his master’s degree, he has a graduate certificate in Emergency Management and certifications in Training; Counseling; and Emergency Management.  While in Oklahoma City he opened Anaya’s Bounce LLC, the facility was used to provide family entertainment, team building, and meetings for local businesses.  He also combined his business experience and education background to develop a small business management class at his church; teaching members how to write business plans, start a business, hire, and fire employees.  His leadership abilities have been utilized as a Junior Warden of his Masonic Lodge while stationed in Iceland, Assistant Coach of the Air Force Boxing Team, President of the Keflavik Naval Air Station Parent Advisory Board, Vice President of the a network association, and most recently as Sergeant at Arms for the Pentaf Toastmaster club and in charge of marketing for his county commission on diversity.  Finally, After transitioning out of the military he decided to open Anaya’s Consulting LLC and looks forward to making it a success.
